Didn’t do the brake flush. Didn’t put the next oil change tag on my windshield, didn’t get me the rear bumper clips I asked for, and didn’t give me the paper that shows me all items that were checked. Also was there 2 1/2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. I don’t know if the tire and wheels were balanced since I did not get any paper work. I am 78 years old and headed to Alburqueque on Monday. Been a customer for many many years Not Happy!

How does repairing a nail hole in one tire take two hours. Totally unacceptable. Minor repair to a single tire shouldn't take more than half an hour.
