I had my oil changed dec 23 and my vehicle was looked over. I was told my brakes were good but would need them by June-July. I was not experiencing any problems with my brakes but was told one side was a4 and the other was a 2. So I had to replace them or it would not pass inspection. That broke my trust in brewer airport Toyota.

I made a 10:30 appt for a simple tire rotation and 25,000 mile check-up. No oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told that my wait would be over an hour because there were other cars ahead of me. In fact, I was there for an hour and a half.
This was my last “free” visit under my 2-yr Toyota Care, so now my oil changes will be up to me. When I asked if I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, would my wait be as long as this one, and was told yes, most likely.
Disappointing.
