Not satisfied at all and it had nothing to do with Eric. I had 2 wheels damaged and manager only replaced one. Never offered to show me pictures that made him come to conclusion that damage was not done there. Feel he is just taking advantage of elderly woman.

As usual, Brittney provides excellent service guidance. Although I did not check-in with her, she provided the initial service breakdown for subsequent service looks, and alerted me that any issues would be identified to me, as soon as further assessments were completed. Subsequently, a minor issue was identified, for which corrections were made. Problem solved! It took 4 days to perform some tests and work on a recall. If you guys were short on staff or just to backed up on work I should have been given a later appointment as it cost me $250 in for four days of rental car fees. I need a car for work
