Took my new Camry with 9000 miles to get an oil change. After leaving and driving home they called and said they didn’t refill it with oil. After canceling my meeting I drove back and watched them put 5 quarts of oil in. Not sure how much damage was done to the car. I feel I should be compensated in some way.

The invoice said they did a fluid check but my wiper fluid wasnt touched. Really not a big deal but at the same time it’s a very low cost way to help out someone giving you business. Also trash from the “new” oil sticker (that just messed up my tracking for every 5k miles without actually changing my oil) was left in my car. Just take it out with you man.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent service experience at your facility.
During my visit, I was advised by a service representative, Edward, that my vehicle required additional services that would cost approximately $500. I later reviewed my Toyota owner’s manual and maintenance guide, which confirmed that these services are not recommended by the manufacturer. When I asked Mr. Edward to provide documentation or evidence supporting his recommendation, he was unable to do so and instead gave conflicting explanations, including referencing Department of Transportation guidelines, which are not applicable to my vehicle’s manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
When I continued to ask for clarification, Mr. Edward became increasingly agitated and unprofessional, which escalated into an argument. I believe all customers should be treated with respect, and this interaction fell far below acceptable standards.
The situation further escalated when I requested to speak with a manager. During this time, Mr. Edward acted in a hostile manner and made physical contact while attempting to move past me. I found this behavior inappropriate and unacceptable. Additionally, I was unable to locate a manager on-site, which raises concerns about supervision and accountability.
I would like to formally request:
A conversation with a manager regarding this incident
An explanation of the services that were recommended and why
Clarification on your policies regarding customer interaction and employee conduct
Due to the seriousness of this situation, including the physical interaction and aggressive behavior, I am considering seeking legal advice.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

I want to commend both Jeff Schall and Ed Carr for helping me with my Tacoma...
Jeff spent time from answering my phone call to finding an exact match tire.(There was one left!).
Jeff gave me the tire at cost!!! That's old school! Who does that anymore? Jeff Schall does.
Then I had the privledge of having Eddie Carr as a service advisor. My tire was mounted, spin balanced and put on my truck. Spare mounted back under truck bed. I was back on the road in 1/2 hour! Best of all... I only paid for the tire and tax! I can't say enough about these guys! Brewer Airport Toyota is very lucky to have them as employees.
Great job. I will spread the word what an "awesome " place to buy a new vehicle!

Edward Carr was outstanding and so very nice. He answered all my questions! I am very pleased with him! I had a wonderful experience. BUT...
I received a car wash and there were dirty water spots on the hood and sides of my car. I should have told someone, but I had errands to do, so I left. Whoever put my car through the wash and saw that there were dirty spots of muddy water over my car and did nothing about it should be reprimanded.
