I am very satisfied with my experience with the dealer, but I am disappointed that Toyota has not yet addressed this issue as it’s very widespread. I have always had GM and Ford trucks and I switched to Toyota for their known reliability, so far I am not impressed. To clarify, this has nothing to do with the dealership.

Was told 1 hour to rotate tires and oil change. After 1 hour and 45 minutes oil was not changed and I’m not sure the tires were rotated. I’ve called on Tuesday and today without a return phone call to tell me what service was done. I had to leave to be on a conference call.
