I like the service I received for my vehicle, but the new (to me) way of scheduling service is cumbersome and not user friendly. Trying to schedule a stand alone oil change on the website was impossible, prompting a phone call to schedule the service.

I’ll be back today. I explained that I have a slow leak in my rear driver tire. This began 4 days ago- only on the rear driver Yokohamas that I purchased 4 weeks ago. Each morning at 630 am, my tire light is on when I start my car, and the gauge has read 13, 17, 19, 14, and this morning - 20 lbs. I air back up to 35 and have repeated this cycle for now the 5th day. I brought my car in yesterday and was told they didn’t find anything and suggested “cold weather” was the culprit. I’m driving with a compressor in my car and I’m now missing another day of work to hopefully resolve this issue. I hope today I’m treated with the dignity that I clearly have an issue.

Brittney did a get job of getting my car in for an unscheduled repair to a tire. We discussed what was going to be done to fix or replace a tire. After the quick inspection Brittney told me the options and had toprices for each option. I made the decision to replace with the same type of tire. She met me in the waiting area less than an hour and car was ready to go.
