It took too long. An hour and 45 minutes for tire rotation and the first set of checks on my new vehicle. No oil change was needed.

Your prices seem to be very high. I got new front brakes and rotors and the bill was close to $700. Someone else needed 4 new wheel pressure sensors for $125 each and a one time programming fee of $156. Doing a quick google search you can buy 4 sensors for under $100. Dealerships wonder why people don’t come back.

Ed Carr did a good job in making this service visit result in a positive way. The service section of the website failed badly. I used the website to schedule the purchase of 4 tires and the Parts system to order the right mirror cover. When I showed up. Ed only knew I had an appointment but nothing else The tires I needed were not in house. The Parts Dept had no record of my order. I believe an order has now been placed. Ed might have let me what was going on during the process but he did update me at the end. I was in the waiting room for about 3.5 hours. Ed was able to reduce my cost as a way of compensation for the unusual service. This experience is not typical of Brewer. Someone needs to see what is wrong with the website and the other Brewer systems.
