I got charged with a service not performed in my vehicle and my advisor instead of looking for a solution he talked to me that it was done and he was right and I was wrong… not cool. I’m only going back there because unfortunately Toyota won’t validate all the crap they sold me with the vehicle in a different Toyota dealer…

Everything was great once I was able to get an appointment (I was in and out very quickly). However I had called around noon on 12/2, and spent about 20 minutes on the phone discussing 2 issues with a lady from the service department, one of which was a leaky tire that needed to be addressed asap. She assured me someone would be in touch ASAP. No one called that afternoon or Monday morning. So I went online and initiated a chat. Same thing, chat rep took all my information and told me someone would be in touch. No one contacted me all week! Finally I called service on 12/8, left a voicemail and someone finally called me back. Super frustrating experience filled with unnecessary friction. Also ended up spending over $1k at Costco for 4 new tires which I would have spent at Brewer had I been able to get an appointment.

Only issue I have is my seat was moved back. I am 6ft 1 with a 36 inseam, there is no reason my seat should be adjusted to move my vehicle maybe 100 ft unless the driver is Andre the Giant and then, get someone else to move the vehicle.
