The call system for making appointments has changed. It is not a good change. What normally would have taken 3 minutes, it took about 7 minutes to make the appointment. This is not an improvement. Customer service was excellent before, the change ruined it.
The guy in service who checked me out was excellent.

My wife had the Tacoma in a month ago for the steering making a noise and they said it needed new brakes and rotors. Ok replaced.
Making noise again and she took it in and the brake fluid was low. How did they not catch this or check the levels when she had the brakes done?
Also she complained about the tire being low and they dismissed her saying it was due to temp drop. They didn’t even check it for a leak.
