When I arrived for my appointment was told that they could not find my information in the computer and that it was going to be a 1 1/2 wait time even though I came in for express service for a oil change. Then received a text message about missing 3 lugnuts and it wound up costing me 75 dollars for them, don't understand stand why so much when I can buy a set of on Amazon for 22 dollars. When everything was done got another text saying my car was finished but no one spoke to me in person so I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting until I asked the cashier about my car.

Andrew was great. Would have appreciated if my rims had been wiped off after installing the new tires. There was grease all over the rims that looked like a mess.

Service was fine- except i wss told an hour and it was 910 by time the check in confirmation received and notice it was ready was 1059, so about an extra 40 min, which it is what it is... BUT the multipoint inspection makes no sense- i reviewed when i got home and it says that all the tires are green ( without any measurements listed) except the spare, but there is a typed note that says all 4 tires need replaced and alignement asap. So obviously there is a disconnect there. I responded back to the text that received that said could send quesfions to at 148 pm, and nothing back. Its within a day so not upset- but i do need some clarity. I am a substitute teacher and yesterday was my day off - so I can be reached via email at not a complaint with brittney beyond the paperwork needed clarity and should have been consistent, but i do need to know what is going on specifically- and this is the way i wss able to reach out for that clarity. Thank you
