I assume my oil was changed, mytires were rotated and my battery was tested with a quality effort. However, I received a quote on my phone of $59.60. Then I received a followup quote that stated the cost is $59.60. I expected tax too. When I got the bill, it was $96. Why was I not Sent the true of my service?
