I am happy with service but disappointed that they didn’t change oil even my car has 22K on. I read the manual and Toyota recommand oils changes every 10K. I am confuse now.

They were supposed to contact my husband, not myself. It was written on envelope at least 2 times, communicated with lady on phone and written when I scheduled appointment online. But through texting it was ok. But if there was an issue, my husband would have known the answers. Not me.
