Jeffrey explained each step of the process very thoroughly. His knowledge of Toyota product and procedure to attain and complete a major repair of my Tacoma start to finish was excellent. His customer service is an example of the term "excellent work ethic" and should be commended.

Up on chocking in. I indicated that one tire needed air that was completely ignored every tire have a different psi in them. I could understand if say one was 30 psi another one was 31psi no six to seven psi difference.this is the second time in a row where I can say the service was extremely bad.
