I felt the service department did not act in my best interest & was only concerned with their profit. Furthermore when I spoke to the service technician I asked for an appraisal of my Tundra & told him I really liked the new Tacoma. After my experience I won’t be purchasing a Vehicle from your dealership bc I feel your service department is not ethical & acts in a predatory manner.

Brewer Toyota is the best dealership both maintenance and sales - I have used other dealerships in the past but I would never go anywhere else now - I never have any worries about any maintenance - I know the mechanics will perform all work satisfactorily and professionally - you are kept apprised of vehicle updates - sales are fantastic as well with Sam being the best and salesmen as well are excellent I cannot give this dealership enough stars

Asked to have tires rotated and was charged for a rotation when in fact the tires were not rotated. I had suspicions before that this has happened in the past so i marked my wheels before bringing vehicle into service and i was correct. That is completely unacceptable. Service writer was very apologetic and professional. He did what he could to make it right.

Are contributing is suppose. One tip to consider for customers who want to take in the surprising calm of the green scape: ad a few simple seating individual seating outdoors .
Most folks are happy with and want the TV all the time INSIDE. WHY are disrespectful folks dropping their cigaret buds in that GREENSCSAPE area ?
