recommend having the service department ask if customers would like their car washed; we spent half day detailing the car the day before, dropped it off the following day for window tint, picked up the vehicle, and it was covered in white detergent looking spots, so frustrating, if we knew it was automatic then we definitely would have declined, we then spent another half day cleaning and self detailing the vehicle,

Mike explains things clearly . We brought our 2018 Tundra in for an engine oil change and ended up having the cabin filter replaced as well .
Mike takes the time to explain all of the other things that should be serviced per Toyota based on mileage .
