Even though we can all agree that the two bolts that were loose in my dash were caused by your service …
I still had to pay 200 bucks for you guys to tighten up something that should’ve been done in the first place
I did appreciate how quick they got me in today and how quick the service was done.. although during the test drive, the service rep probably gave three different excuses of what the noise could be before we even hit the road to make the noise replicate itself….
Giving excuses before you know, the problem was kind of bothersome but again I’m very happy that we got it fixed. Finally, if the job was done right the first time I wouldn’t have been in there though so two sides to look at this one. Hope it helps you guys out to provide better service in the future.

It was a very long day for a simple oil change. I made an appointment in advance to wait with my vehicle and was hoping to get an oil change and brake service but after 3 hrs waiting all they did was an oil change. The original estimated wait time was 90 mins. I was promised a car wash also but I would have had to wait even longer as they said they had a line of cars. This is the second time I have had to wait more than 3 hrs for an oil change. What is the point of making an appointment if they aren’t going to do the service in a timely manner?
