please call when vehicles are ready. i got a ride to the hobby lobby due to my vehicle taking about 3 hrs to finish. i called for a ride and could not get in touch with anyone after leaving multiple voicemails. it took 1 1/2 hrs after my vehicle was done. i ended up having to get an uber to get a rid back to the service department. maybe if i would have stayed at the shop i would not have need forgotten about. i have always had a good experience at this shop until this day
