I went for regular maintenance and Jennifer had recognized the motor recall and lined everything up for me. Truly appreciated her desire to get it fixed.

They were honest and got back to me quickly, but the request to clean the oil from the truck was not met entirely looks like they hand wiped some areas, but the majority of the oil that was spewed all over the engine bay and undercarriage was remaining when I got the truck back I do understand that there was no repairs to be made necessarily, but it would have been nice that they followed through on my request of the steam cleaning and removing all the oil from the vehicle as the service rider even mentioned it’s very important to be delicate with the engine bay and cleaning of it so I said yes, I agree and I think you guys would be the most qualified to handle it and she agreed
