During a 48 month maintenance service you remove the engine and cabin air filters for inspection and pictures but if the customer wants them replaced there’s additional labor to open it boxed The service department also suggested a fuel injection system cleaning on a 4 year old vehicle with less than 28 thousand miles, my last Toyota went 220 thousand miles and 21 years with out a fuel injection cleaning. As a 50 year retired auto technician and automotive shop owner it’s a sad look at the service department. It’s about profit and selling, I will inform my friends and former customers its buyer beware at Anderson Toyota!

Not until I called her to get verification on a the service report did speak with me.
