Mike explains things clearly . We brought our 2018 Tundra in for an engine oil change and ended up having the cabin filter replaced as well .
Mike takes the time to explain all of the other things that should be serviced per Toyota based on mileage .

Overall professional and ok experience. But not something I would recommend to others.
Took longer than quoted and longer than other times in the past. Almost felt like I was a **** on staff when checking on status. Had to confirm and remind on all services asked for to assure was done.
Still unsatisfactory explanation as to warranty concern on OE battery that caused damage to paint , other than speak to Toyota.
Very nice facility as usual , but not with the same customer satisfaction drive I have always enjoyed in years past.
Also overfilled oil a bit….. no big deal….. but like overall visit , just not like Toyota detail I have come to respect, appreciate and enjoy in years past.,
