It was a very long day for a simple oil change. I made an appointment in advance to wait with my vehicle and was hoping to get an oil change and brake service but after 3 hrs waiting all they did was an oil change. The original estimated wait time was 90 mins. I was promised a car wash also but I would have had to wait even longer as they said they had a line of cars. This is the second time I have had to wait more than 3 hrs for an oil change. What is the point of making an appointment if they aren’t going to do the service in a timely manner?

I wish the technician would leave things alone and not change everything in my vehicle. I didn’t need steering wheel turned on. I didn’t need the heated seats turned on. I didn’t need the whole dash changed around. It was totally ridiculous.
