Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9:00am. Upon inspection of my vehicle they recommend a couple of services, brake fluid flush, fuel injection service and cabin air filter this was at 10:00am. I gave them the okay for the fuel injection service and they finished my vehicle at 12:56pm…. Why does it take 3hrs to do a EFI service, the oil change and tire rotation should have been done before they recommended any other work. The EFI service is an up sale and only takes 20 minutes at the most. I am disappointed in the time it take to get a service done at Anderson Toyota.
