Every time I have the Toyota serviced with Jose C. & the dealership, it is always an “on time, as promised service”. I’ve even seen the guy at the far “glass office” more than one occasion fast & effectively come out & start assisting customers waiting for service managers…
I found it, again, the team going the extra mile to make us, the customer feel special. Great job!

Mike has been my service advisor for several years. He has always taken good care of my 2014 Avalon, limited addition. I have always had regular service and just finished having scheduled service to keep it in good shape, thanks to Mike. I only have 39,000 miles on it and still loving everything about it. I asked that the driver seat be checked as it does not move like it should. It shudders when I try to adjust it. I do not see it on the report from the mechanic.
