Danielle remembered me from the last oil change. Called the courtesy shuttle so I could get to work after dropping my car off, kept me updated on the status via text, and had my truck brought to work when it was done.

I made a 10 am appointment and arrived at 9:48. I left at 11:49. At 11:30 i asked the service technician...the status was the truck was in car wash...and he would come get me when it was done. At 11:45 i went into his office area and he wasnt there...screens were black. I asked abother techbician if he was gone for lunch...he didnt know. But he saw my paperwork and faub were on his desk...and checked me out. The techincian is was suppose to work with didn't finish his task.
I will never use your service department again. We have owned Toyotas for decades...several different dealerships...worse service we have ever received i will never recommend your service department.
