On 1/8/2026 we took our RAV4 in to have the passenger front axle seal replaced. When we arrived we asked Jennifer to check as we found oil on the floor of our garage. After inspection found out there was a failure rear main seal. Jennifer explained and showed us the problem. As we live in Kingman she set us up with a car to use while the work was done. On 1/10/2026 Jennifer called to tell us the work was done, pressure tested, driven and cleaned. We are extremely happy with the repairs and Jennifer could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to make sure the job was completed properly. We want to thank Jennifer personally and Anderson Toyota's repair procedures. We are extremely happy with the way we were treated. Thank you everyone concerned at Anderson Toyota.
