I’m not trying to complain, but I came in for a tuneup and license plate light assembly of which they had to order so I was told to come back the next day. When I came back the next day she told me the part they received was wrong which is fine, she apologized and told me she would call me the next day when she had the part in hand. I received no call the next day. I called the following day and left a message. She finally called me 2 days later and left me a voicemail saying she had the part. Sorry but I had already moved on. It’s a fifty mile drive for me and my time was wasted. She could have communicated a little better but I don’t blame or hold any grudge. It’s not that big of deal
