I sincerely appreciated that she took the time to listen to me. The problem with the car was unique in respect to how it occurred. The problem I am confident was there at time of delivery on November 8, 2024. Three days after taking delivery I was cleaning and tried the windshield washer and it did not work. It made noise but nothing, checking under the hood I noticed a stream of fluid flowing from the passenger front. It was determined to be rodent damage not covered.
I explained to her that I had the car three days, there couldn’t have been damage in that short of time. She listened and got my service covered which was the right thing to do.

Personal was great. However a repair cost of 8,805 dollars to fix or replace a transmission on a car bought new from you. For slightly under 20,000 is stupid to accept. It surpasses the economic threshold. Anybody who can will buy a new car. Some people might think this a thinly vailed Attempt to sell a new car. However business is business. Not much I can do about how you conduct business. Consequently we will be reluctant to buy a car from any dealer with the name Anderson on it. Which is next to impossible. That said I will be in touch with a salesperson with your dealership and look at my options. Thank you Tom And Sheri B

Overall, your dealership is amazing. But I did experience a small issue when picking up. Turned in my rental to the cashier, was told she had to “check it in” and she’d come get me in ten minutes. After more than ten minutes paced I returned to her to see if I could go ahead and pay the bill. It was at that point she informed me that I needed to let Nyree know that I was there. I would have thought she (cashier) would have done that but instead she just forgot about me. Already told this to Nyree so it’s likely been addressed.
Obviously, customers don’t care to be forgotten.
Anyway, Everything else was excellent and I appreciate being able to get the recall and other service work done on my Tundra there in Lake Havasu. Thank you.
