Service is always Great, All Employees are Helpful. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Never had a complaint with Service. I also bring my 20007 Toyota Tundra in for Service with Jose. Thanks

I had an 11:00 appointment for an oil change service. I was over an hour and a half to get the car in. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to do the service. What is the point of an appointment? Total waste of my time and an abuse of a loyal customer.

I came in for service on my tundra, I had them check my trailer lights, it was only a fuse! But cost $180. That is way toooooo much for a I bought and extended warranty ( did not cover it) . I will be getting a new truck soon , but it won’t be there at Anderson Toyota. I am done getting taken advantage of .

Jose was indifferent to my concerns, he took 2 1/2 hours without even keeping me updated that it was (allegedly) a loose gas cap, which it wasn't. The cap was put on properly, and it had been several days since we last got gas.I was charged $185 for the service call. We are so disappointed with the service. The 1st time we went there, it was great. This time, it was really terrible!!!
