My wife told Nyree that we only wanted the oil change. We did not want our tires touched, however this information was ignored by Nyree. I just had these tires rotated 2 weeks ago by Discount Tire and now I have to go back to have these rotated back to where they need to be. If Nyree would have looked at my customer history, she would have seen that I have never done tires through Anderson and have only gotten the necessary oil changes.
