7/3/25 (1600) had the driver sun visor replaced in a timely manner but when vehicle was returned, (my immaculate 2020 Honda Accord) was found with several sets of greasy-oily fingerprints that was left by the service personnel on the headliner-visor-A-pillar of my car. When brought to the attention of Jose Chavez and service mgr. where they sprayed a solution to the affected area in attempted to resolve the issue has now left several stain rings.
