When I paid with a credit card I was not informed of the surcharge and I do not recall seeing a sign notifying me of a surcharge. If the cashier would have mentioned this to me I would have paid in a different way to avert the surcharge.
Upon reentering my vehicle after the service was done the steering wheel, key fob and door interior was extremely dirty from the technician's hands. I immediately drove into the service check in bay and reported this to Jose who helped clean it up. Jose also took pictures of this.
