A “kid” helped me fixed my speakers in the car. The problem was my IPhone, he was kind courteous and exceptionally smart. Do what it takes to keep him. Your customers will be happy. My appt wasn’t on your calendar even though I got a text. The person that helped me was great!!!
I had never received my license plate - I paid cash for my vehicle - no trade in. The ADOT person at Anderson put someone else’s trade in on my paperwork and said I was keeping my plate. So I have been driving around with an incorrect paper plate since the purchase. Now I have to wait for the incorrect plate that may be on another car and go to ADOT to get it replaced. Not a happy person about that!

Thank you so much for taking care of my air conditioner breaking again. Having it go out three different times in the first two years is really very hard. Especially, in the deadly July/summer heat each time. Despite this, I truly appreciate Jose so much and everyone else who extends so much kindness and compassion to me and my situation. Kenny was very attentive to my questions. He was very helpful with finding solutions to some body damage on my car. Although there were many cars at the service center, things were done quickly and efficiently. Kenny did not rush or push me away. Instead, he took the time to talk to me.
My car was washed and vacuumed and the windows were wiped down, which was incredible!

Was so disappointed! Waited two hours! They usually call me to the office and tell me what it needs but didn't! Gave me some report stating I declined???? No I didn't I didn't even know about what my car needed!! Usually get great service!!! Jose was not friendly and seemed like I was bothering him!
