Jose was professional with explanation of services to be completed and offered a wash on our vehicle. Work was completed in a timely manner with advising status through entire procedure. Today's service was good. We had a problem with our previous service..I was quoted $50 for a service but was charged $70. My wife payed the bill, so I did not find out of the OVERCHARG until I was halfway home (I live in Bullhead city) My bill showed the OVERCHARG was for cleaning rags...really. The next time I spoke to Danielle I made her aware of my disappointment however the problem has never been corrected. Danielle and all other staff have been great and she probably has no authority to correct the problem and if that is the case a FIRM price should be quoted from the gate..No BS games.
