Your prices are ridiculous for some of the services, you want to change 80 dollars for a installation of a windshield wiper when the wiper itself is 20 dollars and all you do is snap it on, the wait time was horrible 3 hours for a inspection sticker, the cost of a transmission fluid change at jiffy lube is 99 dollars and at Sullivan brothers it 450…. Not to mention when you pullout the dipstick it clearly says on the dipstick DO NOT CHANGE TRANSMISSION OIL …..

I booked my oil change online for $74.95+tax. She was nice to me in the beginning and she said it will cost you about $100 then as soon as I mentioned that online I have booked for $74.95 she started giving me attitude and asking me to show her any proof I have about that price even though her iPad was showing my price $74.95. So I said I am going back and will come back with proof then she said okay I trust you.
Then after waiting for over 2 hours (just for oil change) I had to run around for my key and my car was not washed like every time they do. I am definitely not going back.
