Oil change went well - wanted brake inspection as another company had recently installed and was making noise. Was nice that tech took video showed what was wrong and gave quote. Initially wasn’t happy that tried to charge for free brake inspection saying in order to inspect would cost 395 or something like that. When I asked for free brake inspection they sent video so it was a good recovery but initially I was really frustrated/disappointed. By the end I was really happy.
