The new tire seems to be functioning properly. However, invoice I received indicated that a pot hole was hit, but that was not reported. I said it went flat driving on route 3. The tonneau cover install looks great. However, the warranty body work (door trim) is amateurish. It's already peeling off, but it looks nothing like the factory install, including not being aligned properly.
I am hesitant to consider using your body shop again, as the quality of work seems extremely poor. It's the opposite of what I've experienced on the sales side so far.

I just west to pick up my vehicle. A gentleman asked me if I was there to pick up the car and then my name but he could not find the work order
( wearing a Newton patriots jersey) .
I tried to make lite of the situation and joked, “ did you lose my car?”
I showed the work order to him on my phone, which reports Samantha as the service associate. He asked her for assistance but she could not find it either .
She then insulted me by asking in a condescending manner, “Are you sure someone didn’t already picked it up?” I know I’m old, but no need to get insulted.
The man with the Newton jersey eventually found my car. He was very helpful and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name.
