I brought my truck for oil and tire rotation. I also had a rattling noise underneath my vehicle which I suspect was a loose clamp. Stated I needed a cabin filter which would cost $90 to replace. I bought a new filter myself for $19 and replaced it myself In literally 3 minutes. Beyond dissatisfied and frustrated!

It was unfortunate that the service representative I was dealing with initially informed me that I would be purchasing 4 tires for the price of 3. After the work was completed on my vehicle, including the installation and alignment of 4 new tires, I was then informed by the sales representative that I was being charged for all four tires and the initially offered discount was not available for the sale. I have been a customer of yours for over a year and a half since moving to the south shore. In the future, I hope there will be accurate communication in servicing your customers
