I was there for 2 hrs and 20 minutes. My original appointment was last Tuesday and was told it would be about 2 hours, so I rescheduled as I did not have 2 hours. I just wanted a diagnostic test. My scheduled maintenance appts have taken 1.5 hours for oil change,etc.
I’m not happy with the service that I receive. The people are very nice but service is clearly overbooked.

My tire issue was not addressed at all the low tire pressure light was on since I got the car.. I knew it was the passenger rear tire.. I told Bob which tire it was and asked him to check it out and fix it! When I asked about it I was told to bring it back if the tire pressure light came back on. The light was still on when I got in my car. The tires were rotated but never checked the air pressure in them?? Now my husband will have to bring it back because I feel like I was not heard when I was there.
