I feel that Jeremy is an excellent representative of Honda service. He was thorough and clear in the explanation of what needed to be done. I would request to work through him the next time I bring a vehicle for service!

This was a last minute attempt to replace a lost key fob on a Saturday afternoon. But I was able to make an appointment within an hour of calling, got there 10 minutes early, took care of some paperwork and was told it should take about 45 minutes — and he called that exactly right.
