Sean was wonderful and professional. I was surprised that the total charge for a simple oil change is now $95!!!! This is with a coupon that I got in the mail. I looked for other options on my phone and found that the other Honda place in Knoxville had it for the customary $54.99 or something like that. Sean honored that price and I really appreciated this very much. Moving forward if I am to continue bringing my Honda for service here $95 for oil change is not sustainable for me. Please reconsider your fees. I have been a customer for 18 years. Thanks Sean!!

I came in to get my oil changed and my brake lights fixed. I was charged for both. After I left, I switched the display to see the oil life and it said 20%. That’s how I brought it in. It dropped to 15% while I was driving home and orange service wrench appeared. After oil changes, it always goes back to 100%. Why was I charged for a service that wasn’t completed? Thankfully my van told on you. What if it was a service that I wasn’t able to tell? Why spend my money there when I can’t trust you? I think I will take my vehicle elsewhere next time.

Hannah Wright was amazing and helpful. My dissatisfaction is that we brought the Pilot in 3wks earlier because the transmission was having problems. We paid over $600 for a 'transmission cleaning', which did not address the symptoms we originally brought it in for. And then, 3wks later, the transmission dies and needs replaced. It very much feels like a wasted $600, due to lack of accurate diagnosis & service the first time we brought the vehicle in.
