Everything was great as always, except for 1 issue. The tire light popped on right after departing. Possibly this was not the fault of the service department, I just wanted to let you know. They looked OK so I calibrated TPMS. Could be the temperature change?

I made my appointment for my recall. Then my appointment was a week and a half later and my parts were not in to do the recall so now I have to come back for a second appointment. Service advisor was very friendly but my parts to do the recall should have been there considering I had the appointment sat for almost 2 weeks. Very inconvenient.

Meagan was wonderful. One thing that could be improved (outside of Meagan’s control) is for the computer system to recognize automatically when customers have prepaid maintenance. Meagan got it all straight and I was on my way. I appreciate her help.
