Although I was at the dealership getting my 2006 Honda CRV repaired from 7:30 AM to about 1 PM I had a very positive experience. I had a chance to observe all of the staff and technicians. All were very pleasant with the customers and amount themselves! Very helpful and positive atmosphere in entire dealership! Mary was very knowledgeable and efficient. She got an update on the status of my repair whenever I asked. My car runs much better now after the recommended repairs were performed. I definitely will continue to get my Honda serviced at Airport Honda.

My wife car was there waiting for parts from Friday morning til the next Tuesday afternoon noon. Greatly inconveniencing our life and work schedules. Never have we received anything but first class service from this dealership until now.
