Hannah went above and beyond!!! We had a nail in the side wall of the tire. She called Economy Honda in Chattanooga to see if our tires were covered and got us back on the road. We also didn’t have an appointment and Hannah got us worked in right away. I really appreciate her and the team at Airport Honda. Thank you!!

I was told the covered recall and oil change would take 3 hours. It took 5 hours. The service tech left my steering wheel unlocked and right after I left the dealership I was executing a turn on a busy road and the steering wheel pulled out a couple inches, startling me. Very scary and dangerous incident. I had to return to the dealership to figure out how to lock the steering wheel in place.
