After driving 2 hours coming and two hours going to Knoxville to fix window visors… I had to drive another 4 hours to return the next day because no new visors were in stock. I pulled my car into the garage. Told it would be done in an hour. After an hour I went to check on it and found it sitting right where I left it. They apologized pulled it in and I waited another 45 minutes. I know the car not moving out of the garage after several hours happened to someone else I know this past year. It is a customer service area for you all to work on for sure. I know the service personnel can see in the garage. My salesperson for my car was all over it, for which I was very appreciative. He has been outstanding.
