The only thing that was wrong they didn't reset the maintenance sign on the dash and I would like for it to be reset

I’m very satisfied with the service and the team was very professional .
My only complaint is when my vehicle was returned I noticed all the windows were down, it had a very strong odor of gear oil. Not sure the reason why? If the repair man had it on his clothes or shoes? Or it was part of the repair?

She and Airport Honda will go the extra mile when needed as demonstrated with my last visit. They found that I needed some safety work done on my car and they fit me in before I had to take a major trip in two days. I came in for a replacement battery it was still on warranty. I called in advance to determine the cost and process. Called parts and was told I needed to speak with service, I was transferred too service who did not know the answer and said she needed to talk to parts as they were the ones who managed the price sheet for battery warranty replacement. She finally told me the what the discount would be and I asked if she could inform parts so that I would not have to go through the same process when I cam in and was told it'll be no problem because they have the "sheet". What a joke it took over an hour to complete the transaction. I will say this time was no fault or the person at the counter rather it was because of the process they were required to follow and that I was not originally told to bring my original receipt. it took forever to find the original purchase in your system even though I purchased the bad battery from your parts department originally. To add insult to injury you felt the need to charge me an additional 3% to my cost because I had the audacity to use a credit card to pay for something you sold me, that then failed before it's time. All you accomplished was to give me a reason to go elsewhere in the future. P.S. your sales department already did that concerning my last vehicle purchase which was my 2026 Ridgeline!
