She took the time to clearly explain the maintenance my car needed and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that she checked on me while I was waiting and made sure I was taken care of. What stood out the most was how thorough she was—she went over my inspection results in detail and even walked me out to my car to ensure everything was running smoothly before I left.
Meagan truly goes above and beyond, and she’s a big reason I continue bringing my car back to Honda for routine maintenance. Excellent customer service like this makes all the difference!

Hannah was exceptionally nice and even came outside the bay to greet us and help my wife who was unloading a wheelchair so that I had room to enter the waiting area.
