I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Airport Honda. I have trusted them with servicing my car since the day I bought it and have always purchased my tires there as well.
This time, not only was a price match not honored, but I was also given information that was not truthful about the reason why. As a loyal customer, honesty and transparency matter just as much as service.
Because of this experience, I will no longer be purchasing tires from Airport Honda. It’s unfortunate when long-term customer loyalty is met with misleading communication.
