I am disappointed that you all use the credit card machine that charges a percentage of the total bill. It’s expensive enough to have vehicles serviced and repaired without additional charges. Looks like you all could use some other method of payment or absorb that fee for your customers.

Everything was great - beautiful waiting area, super friendly staff, and I appreciated the coffee. But as I left to go home, I got a message that said my tires were low. You guys rotated my tires, but didn’t recalibrate it in the car settings. So I had to turn around and go back, which was frustrating with all the traffic. However, once I returned, Hannah took care of the problem. She was very sweet about it.

Jeremy was extraordinary. I felt like he explained everything to my satisfaction, made a process that I typically don't like doing (having a car serviced) feel easy and enjoyable. This was my first time and I'm planning to have Airport Honda service my car as long as I own it.
