My advisor was not Mary-dealt with a young man who was in training and another man was helping-they were very friendly and efficient even though it was very busy -my vehicle was still ready in a short time.

Patrick was friendly and helpful during my appointment. He was training another gentleman, and they both provided good customer service. I did however, show him something visible with my windshield, and it’s still in the same condition. I can’t say it is his fault since I don’t know if he made the technician aware and it wasn’t addressed. I have had 2 appointments, and shown it to my intake person both times, and it’s still not been fixed. But, Patrick was a pleasure to work with, and I appreciate all he did during my visit.
