My vehicles engine oil was totally overfilled, by nearly 500ml.
This cause’s excessive pressure in the engine and therefore seals get damaged. I will bring the vehicle in for this to be rectified but I have already done at least 500 miles since the service so damage could already have been done.

The service provided by the front desk staff was excellent both yesterday morning and when I picked up my car this morning.
HOWEVER, what was not acceptable in the slightest was the fact that my car was left overnight with the drivers side window rolled down and the key in the ignition in the parking lot. The service rep couldn’t find the key and then they found it in the ignition and the excuse given by the the technician was that “he couldn’t get the key out”, which is ridiculous and I had no problem removing the key. Utter carelessness and laziness is what that was. Due to this, I will never buy a car from or bring another vehicle to Airport Honda for service. Do better!
