I asked for him my vehicle is always saying software update I was told they would do it I've tried at home several times the man I scheduled with told me they sometimes have to do them there I asked the women when I left she looked and said she could not find any I told her turn key off it shows message update software my son even tried and he's a lot more up to date than me anyways the women said she could get a technician to look at it I had to work and I new it was my last service so I'll have to figure it out
