It was hard to make the appointment. We called multiple times one day to try to make an appointment but could never get through to the Service Department- no one answered the phone or returned voicemails. The online appointment system wasn't flexible- I couldn't say what the reason for the visit was. We were satisfied with the service - once we were able to get it done.
